Musty Spider Stroller August 29, 2008 C. Wong (MD) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The back wheels on this stroller are a bit too wide to get around tight spaces. Another down side to this stroller is that there are no cup holders and the storage space is too small. Otherwise, this stroller would get a 4 *. I like the adjustable handle, it works great for the different height adjustments in our family. The stroller is easy to fold and compacted nicely.

We bought the Spider to use it for a couple of months after our son grew out of his car seat but was not yet ready for the Zapp. And I love it! We still use it daily! It's easy to push (almost as eazy as the Zapp), and it looks very cute. It can be folded with one hand (I hold the baby in the other hand - and he's quite heavy, 10kg), and then I can easily carry it up one flat of stairs - it has a carrying handle (unlike the Zapp). My only complaint is that once folded, if you recline in on the wall it unfolds a little. There is a velcro strap that can be used to block it however it's not do-able with one hand. I hope they'll come up with a better locking system. The basket underneath is perfect for a bottle, a sandwich, a toy, some napkins etc. (it's not a shopping basket). I like the telescopic handle bar. The canopy works like a regular stroller canopy - if the sun is above or behind it blocks it, but if it's slightly in the front you will need a parasol. Overall very comfy for the city, and I think my son likes it too.
