I bought these Futuro ice/hot packs to use on my knee and they are terrific. I have a chronic knee problem and I need to ice my knee all the time. These packs stay cold yet flexible in the freezer. The wrap is great, the velcro straps make it easy to adjust and it definitely stays in place. This is a must have for any one suffering from pain or swelling and needs relief! They even come in a convenient 3 pack so while you're using one the others are in the freezer getting ready for your next use.

I found these packs incredibly convenient to use, easy to put on, and comfortable. I only gave them four stars because the fabric sleeve around the cold packs is flimsy. They work really well. Recommended.
