Too bad they aren't more durable. August 31, 2008 V. Antunes (NJ, USA) These gloves were used by me for collecting tolls on a Toll Road. These nyplex gloves come in one size. If you hand is bigger than that size, like mine, it stretches the material and a new size is created - it no longer reverts to the previous size. Because of this, it can feel tight when putting them on. This also makes the gloves less agile, meaning it resists movement. While the glove has good fingertip feel, it doesn't grab the wrist like other gloves since I've stretched it with my hand and therefore remains loose, but doesn't affect how it fits the hand. The gloves are very thin and occasionally holes form. More often than I'd like; maybe 20% the gloves. Overall, for the price, they are OK, but I wouldn't buy them again because I need more durable gloves.
Pay Attention to Quantity March 10, 2007 Michael Harden 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Latex glove makers list on their packages the number of gloves, not the number of pairs. This page lists the quantity as 480 pairs. Actually this six pack of 80 count boxes contains 480 gloves which I consider to be 240 pairs, you know one for each hand.
Ok Gloves for cleaning.....a little thin and sized large December 28, 2006 Jaccie Fohrman (sonora, ca) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
....but dont use for contact lens handling inless you wash first. I use disposable gloves for everything, the best use yet is cleaning contact lens, my normal choice is the purple nyplex they are thick and textured, when I used these my eyes burned - probably from a chemical they have on them, so I have to wash them before use to remove it and they work well, dont like the added inconvience but got to burn though a case before I go back to purple.
