I got this for my newborn because I like the self-clean feature but even the small opening is way too big to fit in her nose. We're just using the free one from the hospital for now until we can fit this one in her nose.

This is by far the best nasal aspirator out there! I love it. It works the best and it is fast. It is very easy to clean. My son hates the one you get at the hospital. I would really recommend this nasal aspirator.

Not worth the money. It has a large nasal applicator compared to the one that I received from the hospital and from my pediatrician. I would stick with the freebie you get at the hospital.
