 An OK baby bather December 19, 2008

We recieved this item as a gift for the baby shower, loved it .. until we started to use it.. do not reccommend at all for a newborn, very little support and baby always falls to the sides. My son is now 3 months old and after just 1 month of daily use the mesh is starting to rip from the sides and there is a slight mildew smell. Would not be buying this item again.

Baby keeps slipping down with the legs hanging over.(see the customer's photo on amazon's website) The buckle in the back presses into the baby's back. Baby doesn't complain but I see the mark. Yes it's lite and compact but it's not worth it. Buy an infant bather that's a padded cushion that you can hang dry every time.

I used this with my daughter from about 2 months to about 9 months. We put it in the tub and it was a great way to wash her and not have to be trying to hold her at the same time. It washes off well and dries fast. I would definitely recommend to any new mom or dad.

I use this to give my son a bath since he was almost a month old and still using it(he just turned 6 month old). This product makes it so much easier to give bath and he looks forward to it every afternoon. This is a must have and I love it so much....Worth every penny

This is a great seat especially if you take trips to the beach or go on cruises. It folds very very flat and packs into a suitcase nicely. We've had the baby sit in it while napping in her baby beach tent, while taking a bottle, and even at the edge of the water. Then it is good for bathing in a pinch; much safer than trying to hold a slippery, soapy baby. Our baby doesn't mind not being fully submersed, but you will need more water than a standard baby tub since their bottom is a few inches off the ground. We've lent this to a handful of friends and they've all liked it very much.
