I've gone through 4 boxes of this (4 months). It's a miracle. I eat really healthy but have a bad snacking habit. This helps "control hunger". Actually I have to remember to eat my 3 meals a day. You will feel less hungry and if you eat more than what you should, you feel disgusting and bloated like you just ate a buffet. Love this! no side effects, just a burst of energy for 5+ hours and no crash. The only problem i've had is that some of the packages are missing pills :(--probably just by accident or missed quality control...

This is my 3rd or 4rth time buying Fruta Planta from this online store and regarding their promptness delivering a product Im totally satisfied however this last box of Fruta Planta dosen't work at all. I don't feel thirst and my hunger wont go away. I think this box is fake so the only complaint I have for them will be to double check their products. I believe in 2nd chances and since this is the 1st fake box that I got I will give them another try but If I get more fake pills I will never purchase any item from them again.

is very good, at first it felt like it was not working but it did, be wise and change your diet habits and it will work ask God to help you to be healthy

Received my box on 8/4 and took the 1st pill. I saw so many different sellers and warnings for fake products that I honestly didnt know which one to buy, so I went with this seller since he was the cheapest...
I was amazed at how quickly the appetite surpressant worked!Within 1-2 hours of taking the 1st pill my appetite was gone and hasnt returned since. I desperately needed something to curve my appetite. I work out practically everyday but have been recently struggling with limiting my food intake which has prevented me from losing the amount of weight that I would like to lose. I have 10 more pounds to go to reach my goal and if I can maintain this level of appetite I know I will get there!
Today is my 2nd day on the pill and this is what I've experienced so far:
1. Almost complete loss of hunger (great for me)
2. I've found myself to be uninterested in the mere thought of food
3. Very thirsty (which I dont mind since I like to drink 64+ oz of water daily)
4. Sensitivity to cool air (I know this sounds bizarre but I'm normally hot natured and shortly after taking the pills I kept getting chill bumps)
5. Slightly dry mouth
6. Constipation :( - I go EVERYDAY without fail and the 2 days I took this pill I havent gone. I want to take a colon cleanser but I'm not sure what is safe to mix or not mix with these pills.

These are some effects that other customers have stated they've experiencecd but I have NOT:
1. Increased energy (I wish! :) )
2. Trouble sleeping at night- I've been sleeping like a baby!
3. Rapid heartbeat

Be prepared for a COMPLTELY CONFUSING box. It is IMPOSSIBLE to decipher the instructions on the box or anything else for that matter. The Chinese to English translation is HORRIBLE! Luckily I read the instructions on another site prior to purchasing so I knew to take 1 pill per day. I take mine in the morning about 30 prior to my 1st meal. I dont know what's in the product but it's the best appetite surpressant I've tried to date. Hope the review helps!
