I bought this over a year ago for my now 3 year old daughter. She loved it at first sight and goes perfectly in her "princess" room. It was relatively easy to put together and the safety hinge is great for not pinching little fingers. We have not had a problem with durability. I sit on it when I'm in my daughters room and I have even had my dad sit on it with no problems. My 3 year old and 17 month old get inside this thing with no problems of the bottom being flimsy. I would highly recommend this for any little girls room.

I bought this 1 yr ago for my now 20 mo old. It is very cute, looks so cute in her room. It is very sturdy but my 10 yr old son sat on the top of the box to push the toys down and the wood split that holds the left hinge on. I thought it was broken for good but I had some gorilla glue around the house and glued it together and it is almost good as new...So I suggest not stuffing the box full of toys and sitting on it!

I was looking for a toybox to put my 3 year old daughter's dress-up things in. It was very inexpensive, (I shopped around a lot) and adorable. Easy to put together...and I love the safety latch on the top which makes it great for young children who might otherwise get their fingers crunched. I am so glad I purchased this product. The only downfall is that it isn't avail. in the stores... which would save on the shipping costs. But otherwise, a great find!

looks just like to picture, easy to asemble(we are not "handy" people), safety hinge, my daughter loves it and could not wait to store all her dress-up clothes in it!
