This is great for traveling, folds up small and easily. It also has a netting top that keeps mosquitos at bay. My only suggestion would be that the base was a little more padded for when you are laying the baby on a rough area such as a park.

This travel bassinet is perfect. It folds down to the size of a frisbee and weighs almost nothing. The bottom zips out easily and is machine washer and dryer safe. My 6 month old is starting to crawl and she was still happy with this bassinet and wasn't able to climb out because of the mesh zipper top cover. It sort of felt like having her sleep in a laundry bag but it was a fantastic travel bed and I would highly recommend it. There is no need to spend a lot of money on anything big, heavy, or fancy while the baby is still very young.
