DO DEAL! November 28, 2008 M. Kamp When I first purchased this sippy I thought that it would be perfect. HOWEVER . . . everytime it is dropped (which is frequent with a 1-year-old) the valve dislodges in the sippy leaving you with an overglorified waterbottle. If you are looking for a safe sippy cup I would suggest looking for the metal sippy cup put out by kleen canteen. This one uses avent sippy valves and we have NEVER had one of those leak or dislodge. USE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
save your $ - don't buy this! October 7, 2008 Caring Mama (MA, USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was delighted when I saw this cup - it had a sleek design and was BPA free. So, I decided to cough up the $17 PER cup and spent almost $40 for two cups (Excluding shipping!). It has been a huge disappointment. The cups leak and I have to wrap a paper towel around the lid everytime we use it. I disagree with the other reviewer. It is not acceptable for a sippy cup to leak so much that it drips down on the child and a towel is needed. I am going to toss these out soon as I get new BPA-free ones. I rarely give reviews, and when I do, its because I really feel compelled to. Please save yourself the cash and invest in a BPA-free cup from another manufacturer that works.
It's Great! September 30, 2008 Beth G (WI, United States)
My son and I both like it. He likes the handles, the colors, and just generally drinking out of it. I like that it's lightweight, sturdy, leaks minimally when held upside down (and in my experience, all sippy cups leak at least a little), and that the lid screws on fairly easily. I also like that the handles come off in case he ever decides he's too old for handles.
