I already provided a review of this product. This product was a gift I purchased for a friend's son whose baby shower I was invited to. I suppose they're happy with it. They didn't give it back and ask me to return it.
Compact and Convenient September 30, 2008

We love this chair. We originally purchased it for an upcoming vacation, but we've used it everyday since we got it. It's much more compact than the highchair, and my son loves sitting up at the kitchen counter and watching the action. It's very sturdy and easy to use, and it folds up to almost nothing. It's also very easy to move, we use it on our porch table as well, and it's so much easier than dragging the big highchair around. I would recommend this chair to anyone with a toddler, or baby who can sit up.

This product is simple and easy. And it works. I love that it is so easy to travel with, considering all of the other bulky items we have to contend with as parents. My only complaint is that we were sent the wrong color. But delivery was fast, and we are glad to have this item!

I wanted a travel seat so that my six month old son could sit with us at the dinner table at home or when we go out to eat or see friends and family. When I first got the seat, I loved it. I tried it at home and it latched onto my dinner table perfectly and he was so content reading his magazine from the table and hanging out with us. Then we took it out and it's been a mix of fitting on some tables and not fitting on others. Either the table is too thick or it doesn't fit over the frame of the table. I also bought the Chicco travel seat prior to this purchase and thought it was too bulky and was hard to snap together and pull apart the fabric for cleaning. But one good thing about the Chicco was that the range was much bigger so you could hook it on to many different sizes and styles of tables. The Phil and Ted chair is really compact, light and so easy to travel with. I just throw it into my oversized bag with all my baby's other stuff but it's a hit or miss whether it'll fit the table wherever it is that we go. As some consumers have said, it folds down to the size of a laptop. It hooks on securely and seems well made. I just really wish the range was bigger on the seat and maybe if there was a feature to lock the hooks in place when folded down. They swing all over the place when it's collapsed which can be a bit annoying. Overall, I do like the chair... when it works. I give it more like 3.5 stars.

Great little chair that works great. Perfect for use on a vacation. Very light and compact. Only drawback was the thickness of the table it worked on. We couldn't use it on the table, but attached it to the island on our trip. Baby thought she was part of the action as we prepared our (and hers) dinner. Might be nice if the material could be removed for washing.
