Lansinoh is the way to go! November 12, 2008 Jordann Palasota (College Station, TX) I bought this pump after tons of research and debating.. With my first born, I had the avent manual pump and it wasn't worth the wrapping it came in! I would have to pump every two hours just to get 2-3 oz! I had my mind made up that this time I was buying an electric. I decided on the lansinoh because of the price and the reviews of its quality and ability to increase milk supply. I have been a mother of 2 for 14 days now and have used the pump everyday. I still breast feed my son every 3 hours and pump for my husband to help at night and I now have 28 oz in the freezer and 16 oz in the refrigerator! Now this doesn't bother me, but the machine is quite loud. Even still, I am so glad I chose this model!
Excellent pump, very easy to use! March 21, 2008 TB (Jersey City, NJ) I love this pump. I can sit back on the couch watching a movie and pump 8oz. It's easy to clean. It's easy to use. All the things that you would want from a pump. Only negative comment is it is somewhat bulky, so it's not that easy to travel with.
Great, especially for the price February 22, 2008 E. Harris (USA) I didn't want to buy a more expensive pump since I won't be returning to work full time however I can't imagine that the more expensive pumps work better than this. I used the hospital grade pump while trying to get my milk to come in and this works just as effectively. 5 stars all the way, no need to spend the extra cash on a fancier pump.
Pump and bottles Pump comes with Contain BPA/Bisphenol A January 22, 2008 Cat (Colorado) 14 out of 22 found this review helpful
This would have been an excellent pump except the pump parts and bottles the pump came with contain BPA/ Bisphenol A. Lansinoh does make BPA Free storage bottles and hopefully in the near future they will make all parts of their products BPA Free such as Medela. Looking for BPA Free bottles, sippy cups, and sterilizer get Born Free. Beware of your pacifiers and bottles AVENT contains BPA. I returned mine for Gerber Nuk and Soothie pacifiers that are BPA Free. Hopefully together we can keep our children safe! Amazon wouldn't let me alter the number of stars but obviously it is not a 5 due to the BPA.
Love it! December 12, 2007 Laura J. Light (Ojai, CA) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
My daughter is lazy so i only pump. i love that i can set my own speed and suction to my comfort. part are interchageable with other pump parts as well. makes it nice if you get to bring home the parts from the hospital.
