Product Description Elmo is trying to practice counting backward for his radio countdown, but everyone is interrupting him with their requests.
Amazon.com Kids' Favorite Songs kicks off with a cackle-worthy parody of Bob Dylan doing "Old McDonald," and from there the groovy gags keep comin' 'round the mountain. Everywhere Elmo turns on Sesame Street monsters spontaneously burst into song, and all because they want him to feature their favorite tunes on his forthcoming radio countdown. For Telly, winnowing the hits to one is akin to Cookie Monster choosing between a macaroon and a figgie bar: at first he's sure that "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" lights his fire, but then he says bye-bye to a black sheep. The street heaves a collective sigh pavementward when word comes down that the countdown is strictly a numbers gig, no music involved. Only Sesame Street could weave well-loved musical numbers around a simple numbers lesson with such wacky pizzazz, making this a countdown that's no letdown for high-spirited parent-preschooler combos. --Tammy La Gorce

Very limited song August 15, 2010 Earnestine Adams (York, SC) Even though my 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter likes the video, compared the Kid's Favorite Songs 2, it is not as good. There is not enough interaction between the kids and songs. I found the video not as long in minutes as KFS 2. I was disappointed.
Little Kids Like It June 19, 2010 Terra Ann (Cheyenne, Wyoming) If you know a small child who loves Big Bird, then this will be perfect. Sesame Street is always educational.
bad sound June 8, 2010 A. Stone We checked this out from the library and my 14 mo really likes it, but the sound is terrible and it's short. She's scared of the three pigs song and I have to fast forward, and she's never been scared of any other video. She does like this more than other sesame street dvds that have more talking, as this one is very fast moving from one song to another.
fishlady March 22, 2010 Laura L. Beardall This dvd is great. The only down side is that it is so short. It feels like I turn it on one minute and the next it's over.
Daughter LOVES it March 20, 2010 C. Lewis (New York, NY) This is not my favorite DVD (I like Sing Yourself Silly) but for some reason my daughter just LOVES this one. She will watch the whole thing no matter what else is going on. It's a winner for her.
