I bought this colorful rocking chair pad for my grandbaby's room so she could look at the colorful fish. Soon thereafter I got a personalized n e-mail saying that particular one was out of stock, but would I like one of two others with similar designs. While it was too bad that the original one wasn't available, I thought it was great customer service to go the extra mile to deliver similar alternatives. I'm very happy with the substitution.
