My daughter got horrible diaper rashes and other creams seemed to make things worse because they were hard to wipe off. Not this one! If she woke up with a diaper rash I'd apply it and once she woke up from her rash it would be almost cleared up! It's amazing and now comes in larger amounts (tubes!) at my local grocery store. Try it once and you will never go back to the old desitin again.

This is a super product !!!! I bought it for my baby's diaper rash which had gone really bad ... and from one day to the next it disapeared ... a friend of mine used it on her baby's face rash ( some kind of baby acne ) and in two days her face was cleared up completely ... TRY IT IT WORKS !!!

when my son was a baby he used to get lots of diaper rash! I mean lots and bad ones....I tryed about every cream I could find in the market but no one seems to help much. Until I found Dr. Smith's diaper ointment, this product is great! I really called it the miracle cream....because it really works! I still use it for my kids when their lips get chap by cold weather.

This is the best "special hiney-hole lotion" we've used on our kids. Works fast. Got a free sample at a medical conference and have been using it ever since. Wish it came in larger tubs. Amazon has the best price.

This is the best diaper rash cream of all the ones I have tried. I used all the samples of the major brands they gave to us at the hospital and at the pediatrician's office, and I even bought some expensive Kiehl's, but none of them were as effective as dr. smiths. The diaper rash almost disappears by the next diaper change.
